A few months ago I was asked to make a some treats for a shoot for Brides Magazine. The theme was a secret garden wedding with pastels and flowers and having just bought a Nordicware bundt tin that I was dying to try out, it was the perfect excuse to try out some pastel coloured bundt cakes. I made both the classic shape and roses and then dipped them in coloured icing to ensure a vibrant and tastier finish 🙂

Being meringue obsessed I then decided to take classic meringue kiss and turned it into a more magical little pastel toadstool, very secret garden I thought 🙂
